Terms of Services / شروط الخدمة

1. Introduction / المقدمة

These Terms of Services ("Terms") govern the provision of marketing services by AlBailsan Marketing Services (AMS) ("Company," "we," or "us") to its clients ("Client," or "you"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

تحكم شروط الخدمة هذه ("الشروط") تقديم الخدمات التسويقية من قبل شركة البيلسان للخدمات التسويقية ("الشركة" أو "نحن") لعملائها ("العميل" أو "أنت"). باستخدام خدماتنا، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

2. Scope of Services / نطاق الخدمات

We offer a variety of marketing services, including but not limited to:

Digital marketing

Social media management

Content creation

Branding and design

Advertising campaigns

Market research

Consulting services

نحن نقدم مجموعة متنوعة من الخدمات التسويقية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

The specific services provided to you will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement, Sales Order, or Invoice. In the event of any contradiction between the Service Agreement, Sales Order, or specific terms in the Invoice, those documents will prevail over these general Terms.

سيتم توضيح الخدمات المحددة المقدمة لك في اتفاقية خدمات منفصلة أو أمر بيع أو فاتورة. في حال وجود أي تعارض بين اتفاقية الخدمة أو أمر البيع أو الشروط المحددة في الفاتورة، فستكون تلك الوثائق هي السائدة على هذه الشروط العامة.

3. Service Delivery / تسليم الخدمات

We strive to deliver all services professionally and timely. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on project requirements and Client cooperation.

نسعى لتقديم جميع الخدمات بشكل احترافي وفي الوقت المحدد. تعتبر جداول التسليم تقديرية وقد تخضع للتغيير بناءً على متطلبات المشروع وتعاون العميل.

4. Client Responsibilities / مسؤوليات العميل

Clients are required to:

Provide accurate and timely information.

Cooperate in good faith throughout the project.

Review and approve deliverables promptly.

يتعين على العملاء:

تقديم معلومات دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب.

التعاون بحسن نية طوال مدة المشروع.

مراجعة واعتماد المخرجات في الوقت المناسب.

5. Fees and Payment / الرسوم والدفع

Fees are set out in the Sales Order or Invoice.

Payments are due as specified in the payment terms provided.

Late payments may incur penalties and interest charges.

يتم تحديد الرسوم في أمر البيع أو الفاتورة.

تكون الدفعات مستحقة حسب شروط الدفع المحددة.

قد تؤدي الدفعات المتأخرة إلى فرض غرامات ورسوم فوائد.

6. Revisions and Additional Work / التعديلات والأعمال الإضافية

Reasonable revisions are included based on the initial scope of work.

Additional work outside the scope will be subject to additional fees.

تشمل التعديلات المعقولة ضمن نطاق العمل الأساسي.

تخضع الأعمال الإضافية خارج النطاق لرسوم إضافية.

7. Intellectual Property / الملكية الفكرية

Upon full payment, Clients receive the right to use deliverables for their intended purpose.

We retain the right to use work for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.

بعد السداد الكامل، يحصل العميل على الحق في استخدام المخرجات لغرضها المقصود.

نحتفظ بالحق في استخدام العمل لأغراض ترويجية ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك.

8. Confidentiality / السرية

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information exchanged during the course of the project.

يوافق كلا الطرفين على الحفاظ على سرية جميع المعلومات غير العامة المتبادلة خلال فترة المشروع.

9. Limitation of Liability / تحديد المسؤولية

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service.

لن نكون مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو عرضية. تقتصر مسؤوليتنا على المبلغ الذي دفعه العميل للخدمة المحددة.

10. Termination / الإنهاء

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will be due.

يجوز لأي طرف إنهاء الاتفاقية بإشعار كتابي. ستكون الرسوم المستحقة مقابل العمل المنجز حتى تاريخ الإنهاء مستحقة الدفع.

11. Governing Law / القانون الواجب التطبيق

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الممكة العربية السعودية.

12. Amendments / التعديلات

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be available on our website and will apply to new services from the date of publication.

يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. ستكون الشروط المحدثة متاحة على موقعنا الإلكتروني وستنطبق على الخدمات الجديدة اعتبارًا من تاريخ النشر.
